What kind of images do i need to upload to my portfolio?

Images of your pages should be rgb jpegs, no larger than 400 x 700 pixles in size with no spaces or "/" in the name, which ends with ".jpg".

My image didn't upload properly or it uploaded but doesn't show. How can I fix it?

Make sure your image is an rgb jpeg, preferably smaller than 450 x 700 pixels. Also make sure you have the .jpg suffix on each image's file name and that you don't use spaces or punctuation other than periods.

Wrong: my best page/sports

Right: mybestpagesports.jpg

Sometimes you can get a corrupted transfer. Simply go to the manage portfolio link and delete the offending image. After that you can upload the image again.

Be sure that you are not loading a pdf, eps, tiff or gif. Although those files may upload, they will not work in our database.

I made an error in my portfolio. Can I go back and fix it?

Yes, from the welcome screen after you log in go to the manage portfolio link. From there you can edit the text in each portfolio item, replace the image in each item or delete portfolio items altogether.

Can I change my password or personal info?

Yes, also from the welcome screen after you log in. Click the edit profile link.

How do I find new postings in the portfolios?

The newest images are at the top of each portfolio.

We are working to add more sorting and searching capability to the site. We hope to also be able to sort the postings by publication, location and circulation as well.

It's difficult to find which pages have comments. Is there an easy way to tell?

The comment board is a work in progress. There will be more specific listings on the comment board. The number of comments are listed under each portfolio itemunder each portfolio item.
